Job Description & Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for ETL processes across SnapLogic, DataStage, Informatica, Talend, and other ETL tools.
Lead a team of QA analysts to conduct end-to-end testing, including data validation, data transformation, and data movement within ETL pipelines.
Design and implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline the QA process and ensure scalability.
Collaborate with ETL developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Perform root cause analysis for identified defects, provide detailed reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as a subject matter expert in ETL QA methodologies, best practices, and tools, providing guidance and mentorship to the QA team.
Monitor and evaluate ETL performance, identifying optimization opportunities and recommending enhancements.
