QA Tester – Manual & Automation

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Tester with 0–1 year of experience and knowledge of both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing concepts, good analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should be willing to learn, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to delivering reliable, high-quality software products.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to understand application behavior.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test checklists.
• Perform end to end testing, including functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UI testing.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web or mobile applications.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Report bugs with clear steps to reproduce, expected results, actual results, and supporting evidence.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Participate in requirement reviews, test planning, test execution, and defect-triage meetings.
• Maintain test documentation, execution reports, and automation test results.
• Communicate testing progress, blockers, risks, and defect status to the team.
• Continuously improve testing processes, test coverage, and automation efficiency.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG or Playwright
• Knowledge of automation frameworks such as Page Object Model (POM).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
