Job Summary

We are looking for a QA Engineer to support quality activities for defense products. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, proper documentation, and compliance with relevant defense standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support quality checks during assembly and final stages
  • Ensure products meet defense standards like
  • MIL-STD-810
  • MIL-STD-461
  • JSS 55555
  • Maintain inspection reports and QA documents
  • Assist in identifying defects and quality issues
  • Work with design and production teams to improve quality
  • Support incoming and outgoing material inspection
  • Help in basic testing (functional / environmental)
  • Follow and maintain QA processes and checklists

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of mechanical and electronics systems
  • Understanding of motors, gimbals, or embedded systems (basic level)
  • Familiar with measurement tools (multimeter, vernier, etc.)
  • Good documentation and reporting skills
  • Attention to detail

Preferred

  • Exposure to defense or drone-related projects
  • Basic idea of quality standards / processes
