QA Engineer - CRM

We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong experience in CRM application testing, CRM workflows/blueprints, and load/performance testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Test CRM applications and end-to-end business processes.
• Understand and test CRM Blueprints, Workflows, Automations, Business Rules, and Approvals.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Perform load, stress, performance, and scalability testing.
• Strong experience testing high concurrent users, API load, response time, and system performance.
• Experience with load balancing, distributed environments, and performance bottleneck identification.
• Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Perform SQL/database validation and data reconciliation.
• Test CRM integrations with third-party applications and APIs.
• Create test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, product teams, and clients.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities.

Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years QA experience
• Strong CRM testing experience
• Good understanding of CRM Blueprints & Workflows
• Strong Load & Performance Testing experience
• Good understanding of Load Balancing & Scalability
• API Testing
• SQL/Database Testing
• Functional, Regression & Integration Testing
• Jira or similar defect management tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Experience with cloud-based CRM applications and integrations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
