Build and execute Playwright tests for customer authentication journeys and integrations. Use GitHub Copilot with clear prompts and relevant requirements/codebase context, then independently validate all generated tests and findings.

Test registration, login, recovery, session and credential management, MFA, authorization, SSO and assigned enterprise integrations for the Customer Authentication Service. This is software QA using prompt and context practices.

• Develop Playwright tests for login, registration, recovery, credential changes, MFA, step-up, device management and SSO as assigned.
• Test API contracts and positive, negative and exception outcomes across Cognito, ODL, RSA and approved integrations.
• Use GitHub Copilot with relevant task, requirements and repository context to draft scenarios, test code and failure analyses.
• Verify generated assertions and expected outcomes; debug flaky tests and correct unsafe or inaccurate suggestions.
• Map tests and defects to approved requirements; support SIT, regression, UAT, production smoke tests and hypercare.
• Follow approved security and privacy practices for credentials, customer data and AI coding tools.
• Hands-on Playwright test development.
• UI and API test design, debugging and integration/regression testing.
• Authentication or identity journey testing, including failure and exception handling.
• Practical GitHub Copilot use and ability to write effective prompts with relevant technical and requirements context.
• Ability to review, test and correct generated output rather than relying on it without verification.
• Requirements traceability, defect reporting and SIT/UAT support.
• AWS Cognito, ODL, RSA, MFA or OIDC/SAML testing.
• CARE Portal, IVR/ANI, Smart Launch or identity-verification integration testing.
• Using Copilot for test maintenance, debugging and failure investigation.

5-8 years with 3-4 years of relevant experience

Playwright, GitHub Copilot, UI and API testing, RTM/acceptance criteria, SIT/UAT, AWS Cognito, ODL, RSA, OIDC/SAML and approved integration test environments. Playwright and Copilot are added hiring requirements.
