Testing Experience:
Extensive experience in manual and automated testing, leveraging past experience to delve into details and question the status quo of defect reports.
Automation Tools/Strategy:
Provide guidance on selecting and using automation tools and strategies to test multiple products, ensuring alignment with specifications and quality standards.
Testing Strategy & Governance:
Drive the overall testing strategy and governance framework.
Guide cross-functional teams in executing end-to-end functional and regression testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Quality Metrics:
Define, track, and report quality metrics across the program.
Provide actionable insights to improve quality and time-to-market.
Testing Tools Development:
Formulate and develop hands-free testing and monitoring tools to ensure desired quality.
Quality Standards:
Create and implement quality standards.
Reporting:
Publish and own quality reports and documentation.
