Required Skills

Strong experience in Python development.

Hands-on experience with FastAPI and/or Django.

Strong understanding of REST API design & development.

Proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 & CSS3.

Experience with Redux / Context API.

Good understanding of PostgreSQL/MySQL & ORMs.

Familiarity with Git and version control.

Understanding of Docker is a plus.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services using FastAPI & Django.

Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs.

Develop interactive and responsive frontend applications using React.

Integrate frontend components with backend APIs.

Optimize applications for speed, scalability and performance.

Write clean, maintainable and efficient code.

Conduct code reviews and follow development best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

Cloud platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP.

CI/CD pipelines.

Microservices architecture.

Authentication & Authorization – JWT / OAuth.

Testing frameworks – PyTest / Jest.

DevOps practices and performance optimization.

Experience in product-based or high-scale environments.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.
