Python Developer (Senior)

Summary

We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Python Developer to design and build scalable backend services and APIs using Python, Flask/FastAPI, and modern databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security.
• Work with MongoDB and SQL (schema design, tuning, complex queries).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and review code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems.

Requirements

• 11+ years of backend experience with Python.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flask or Fast API.
• Experience in multi-threaded applications.
• Solid REST API development background.
• Strong SQL skills; MongoDB preferred.
• Experience with Docker, containers, and microservices.
• Understanding of SDLC and agile practices.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Azure.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
