Must-Have Skills

• 7–8 years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Strong expertise in Pandas and NumPy.
• Good understanding of data reconciliation and data processing.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end trade lifecycle and trading ecosystem.
• Understanding of Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, and downstream systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling large datasets and data quality validation.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong Financial Services / Capital Markets domain experience.
