• Position: Python Data Engineer

• Shift: UK Shift

💻 Key Responsibilities

✅ Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance data pipelines.

✅ Build batch and near real-time data ingestion and transformation frameworks.

✅ Develop efficient ETL/ELT solutions using Python, SQL, and Snowflake.

✅ Implement data quality, validation, reconciliation, and monitoring frameworks.

✅ Optimize data models, queries, and workflows for performance and cost efficiency.

✅ Work with stakeholders and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✅ Support data preparation and feature engineering for analytics and AI/ML initiatives.

✅ Troubleshoot complex data integration and performance issues.

✅ Follow enterprise data governance, security, and privacy standards.

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

✔️ 7+ years of hands-on Data Engineering experience.

✔️ Strong expertise in Python and/or PySpark.

✔️ Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data loading, transformations, and performance tuning.

✔️ Expert-level SQL and query optimization skills.

✔️ Experience with Snowflake features such as Streams, Tasks, Snowpipe, Dynamic Tables, and Snowpark.

✔️ Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, CDC, and incremental data processing.

✔️ Knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modelling, and modern data architecture.

✔️ Experience with batch and streaming data processing.

✔️ Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and Agile methodologies.
