We are looking for

Dynamic, reliable, and sharp Property Operations & Relationship Executives to join our Pune real estate team. This is a unique, hybrid role for someone who loves a mix of field action, meticulous data management, and building relationships with clients.

You won't just sit behind a desk. You will be the feet on the ground visiting properties, the brain organizing our digital database, and the face of our brand acting as a Relationship Manager (RM) for our customers. Key Responsibilities

• 🏢 Site Visits & Data Collection: Visit real estate sites physically to verify property conditions, take accurate notes, collect property specs, and capture required details.
• ✍️ Property Data Input: Add, update, and organize new property listings, pricing, square footage, addresses, features, and documents accurately into our digital database and CRM system.
• 🤝 Relationship Management (RM): Act as the primary point of contact for customers. Build trust, guide them through property details, address their queries, and maintain strong client relationships.
• 🔍 Data Verification & Maintenance: Cross-check incoming paperwork (deeds, titles, agent notes) against existing records to catch mistakes, and update property statuses (active, pending, sold) daily.
• 📁 File Organization: Scan physical documents (floor plans, contracts) and save them in the correct digital folders.
• 📊 Reporting: Pull basic property or client reports from the database when requested by management.

Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Experience: Prior experience in real estate operations, site coordination, relationship management, or data entry/administrative roles is highly preferred.
• 🗣️ Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to confidently interact with clients and property owners.Organisation
• 🚗 Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel frequently to various local property sites (having your own vehicle/bike is a major plus).
• ⌨️ Technical Skills: Fast and accurate typing skills with close attention to detail. Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM software.
• ⏱️ Organisation: Strong time-management skills to balance field visits, client calls, and backend data entry without missing deadlines.
• 🤫 Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive client and financial data with strict privacy.
