​We are expanding our team at Flairinterio! We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee our residential and commercial interior projects.

​The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design concepts and flawless execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Site Management: Supervise daily activities on-site, managing vendors, carpenters, electricians, and other sub-contractors.
• ​Quality Control: Inspect work in progress to ensure strict adherence to design layouts and material specifications.
• ​Timeline Management: Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve any bottlenecks or delays.
• ​Safety & Compliance: Ensure all site operations comply with safety regulations.

​Qualifications

• ​Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the Interior Design or Real Estate sector.
• ​Deep understanding of interior execution processes (civil, MEP, woodwork, finishes).
• ​Excellent vendor management and organizational skills.
• Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
