Project Manager -Industrial

Experience :- 6 to 10 Years

Job Description :-

• 6–10 years of experience in site-based project management for industrial/commercial projects (factories, warehouses, offices, or roads) in India
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end site execution including planning, contractor supervision, quality, safety, and billing up to handover
• Hands-on experience in coordinating RCC/steel/PEB structures, internal roads, and integration with MEP and utilities at site
• Strong working knowledge of project planning, micro-scheduling, and progress tracking using MS Project or equivalent tools
• Experience in managing and leading multidisciplinary site teams (engineers, supervisors, contractors) of 40–100+ workforce
• Ability to handle client and consultant interface on site, including progress reviews, technical issue resolution, and documentation
• Good understanding of contracts, BOQs, RA billing, and basic cost and time control at project level
• Willingness to work full-time from site/office in and around Pune and visit multiple project locations as required

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
