# We’re Hiring | Project Manager – Industrial Automation & AI Deployment

• Location:* Kolkata, with regular site visits to steel and process plants
• Experience:* Preferably 4–7 years
• Monthly Salary:* ₹40,000–₹60,000, depending on experience and expertise

GreenAI is seeking a hands-on professional to manage the on-site execution and deployment of an AI-based Intelligent Dispatch and Synchronization project at a major steel plant in West Bengal.

### Your Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and coordinate engineering drawings, equipment specifications, and installation and commissioning plans.
• Coordinate the installation and integration of industrial cameras, edge computing devices, operator displays and wireless communication systems.
• Manage equipment procurement, vendors, contractors and site activities.
• Coordinate daily with GreenAI’s internal AI and software team regarding deployment progress, PLC interfaces, system integration, troubleshooting and necessary implementation changes.
• Report to the designated plant authority and communicate site updates, operational requirements and changes to the internal team.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, documentation, operator training and project progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures.

### What We’re Looking For

• Degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation or a related discipline.
• Practical experience with industrial automation, PLC interfacing, industrial networking, site supervision and commissioning.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, diagnose field issues and coordinate execution independently.
• Strong project coordination and communication skills, with willingness to undertake regular site visits.

Experience in steel plants, machine vision, industrial IoT or NVIDIA Jetson systems will be an advantage.

• Role Clarification:* This is a project management and site execution role, not a software development position. AI model development, coding and software development management are not required.
