About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in managing end-to-end IT projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, execution, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication, with a proven ability to deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within the defined scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation plans, and delivery strategies.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other technical professionals.
• Coordinate with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to understand requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
• Manage project budgets, resource utilization, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status reports to management and clients.
• Manage scope changes, stakeholder expectations, and project priorities effectively.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, project governance, and organizational processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, delivery efficiency, and team productivity.
• Mentor team members and promote accountability, collaboration, and effective communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience, including substantial experience in IT project management and software delivery.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership, team management, client handling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, estimation, budgeting, resource management, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and changing business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience managing distributed teams and international clients.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, databases, software architecture, and modern technology solutions.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, technology consulting, or digital transformation projects.
