Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end construction activities for hotel and resort projects.

Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.

Lead and supervise site engineers and project teams.

Prepare project reports and present progress updates to management and clients.

Identify and resolve project-related issues to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech).

Minimum 10 years of experience in Hotel & Resort construction projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and project planning tools.

Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage large-scale projects.
