• Collect, document, and validate business requirements for PMO initiatives and projects.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and process documentation.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of PMO standards, methodologies and processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to monitor KPIs, project health, and portfolio performance.
• Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to support decision-making.
• Provide analytical support for portfolio prioritization, risk management, and resource planning.

• Degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related discipline.
• 35 years of experience in business analysis and/or data analytics, preferably within a PMO or project-driven environment.
• Strong experience in data analysis tools (eg, Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives, manage stakeholders and work effectively in a highly collaborative Project Management Office environment.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
