Project Management - Electrical Product Development

We are looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master with exposure to electrical product development to lead cross-functional squads and drive Agile practices. The role focuses on product quality, customer satisfaction, timely delivery, cost optimization, and continuous improvement across the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile squads and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to align product strategy and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Electrical Engineering, Design, Testing, Quality, Manufacturing, and Industrialization.
• Drive electrical product development activities, ensuring quality, cost, and time-to-market targets.
• Identify and resolve project impediments, risks, and inter-team dependencies.
• Coach teams on Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor squad budgets, development costs, and delivery progress.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall experience, including product development or project management.
• Experience in electrical product development, preferably in the electrical equipment or power management industry.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
