Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Lead to manage software projects and coordinate with clients and internal teams. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to manage tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and explain them to the technical team.
• Plan and manage project tasks and timelines.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and testers.
• Communicate with clients and provide regular project updates.
• Make sure projects are completed on time.
• Track project progress and follow up on pending tasks.
• Identify and solve project-related issues.
• Conduct project meetings with clients and team members.
• Maintain project documents and reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales team during project handover.
• Monitor project budget, billing, and payment milestones.
• Ensure good quality and client satisfaction.
• Manage multiple projects when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of SDLC and software development.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with different teams.
• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum is an advantage.
• Knowledge of tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
