Project Lead - B2B Industrial Project Management

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large industrial projects valued at 5 Cr+ from planning to completion.
• Take overall responsibility for project execution, timelines, cost, quality and deliverables .
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Prepare project plans, track progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Monitor project budgets, identify risks and take corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to the Project Manager .
• Resolve execution-related issues and ensure smooth coordination across functions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company standards.

Required Skills Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of B2B industrial project management experience.
• Experience handling large-value projects of 5 Cr+ .
• Strong project planning, execution and stakeholder management skills.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Engineering/technical qualification preferred.
