About the Role

Naviitor Resources Private Limited is seeking a Project Manager to support the design, engineering and execution of solar EPC projects. The position involves coordinating technical design, proposal preparation, contract documentation, project execution and liaison with DISCOMs and other authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design and engineering of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
• Review site-survey data, electrical drawings, layouts, equipment specifications and bills of quantities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing EPC contracts, work orders, purchase orders and subcontractor agreements.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, vendors, contractors and internal project teams.
• Liaise with DISCOMs for applications, approvals, connectivity, net metering, inspections, MNRE Subsidy and commissioning.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, documentation and progress reports.
• Monitor procurement, material delivery, installation quality and site progress.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, safety requirements and applicable standards.
• Identify project delays, cost overruns and technical risks and initiate corrective action.
• Support testing, commissioning, project handover and closure documentation.
• Attend customer and site-review meetings and provide timely project updates.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics or a related engineering discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in solar EPC, renewable energy, electrical projects or a similar field.
• Experience in solar-system design, proposal preparation, project coordination or execution.
• Familiarity with DISCOM procedures, net-metering applications and statutory approvals.
• Basic understanding of solar PV modules, inverters, structures, cables, switchgear and protection systems.
• Ability to understand drawings, technical specifications, BOQs and commercial documents.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, PVsyst or similar design software would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
