Role Description The Project Engineer will oversee technical and coordination aspects of construction projects, ensuring that engineering plans are implemented accurately and safely. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, assisting in project planning and scheduling, coordinating with site teams and contractors, and monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets. The role also involves preparing technical reports, maintaining documentation, supporting procurement of materials, and resolving on-site engineering issues in alignment with project requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajnandgaon, requiring regular presence at project locations and close collaboration with project managers and field staff.

Qualifications

• Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and apply engineering standards on site.
• Project Management and Project Planning skills to support scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of construction activities.
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and contractors, and for clear reporting and documentation.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in an engineering or site coordination capacity.
• Ability to work on-site in Rajnandgaon, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing project conditions.
• Knowledge of safety standards, quality control practices, and basic project cost monitoring is beneficial.
• Proficiency in common office and project tools (e.g., MS Office, basic scheduling software) is an advantage.
