Programme Lead/Senior Programme Associate

Role Description

The Programme Lead/Senior Programme Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Head Office. The senior level role involves designing, managing, and implementing research and programmatic initiatives on Clean Energy sector at national aand sub-national level. Day-to-day tasks include conducting qualitative and quantitative research, preparing analytical reports and policy briefs, coordinating with stakeholders, and contributing to strategy development for ongoing and new programs.

The position also includes supervising project activities, ensuring timely delivery of outputs, organizing events such as workshops and consultations, and representing iFOREST in external meetings and forums.

The individual will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of outputs , build relationship with government departments, identify new initiatives,conducting workshops and policy advocacy in clean energy sector.

Work Experience

The candidate must have experience working in RE or power sector preferabbly in public policy or research area.

Programem Lead: 10 + years

Senior Program Associate: 5-7 years.
