Program Manager – Supply Operations

Reports to: Founder & CEO

Direct reports: City Operations Coordinators and Fleet Managers (multi-city)

Location: Bangalore (regular travel to Chennai and Hyderabad required; periodic travel to Delhi NCR for leadership alignment)

About the role

Aatm Nirbhar Learning is scaling a flagship partnership with a leading gig/last-mile platform to onboard, train, and activate women delivery executives across multiple cities. This role builds the team from the ground up, owns the partner relationship end-to-end, and carries full P&L accountability for the program — revenue against partner payouts, cost against budget, and margin.

What you'll own

• Team build-out (ground zero): hire and stand up City Operations Coordinators, Fleet Managers, and Onboarding Associates across each operating city, in coordination with the central trainer network — this role starts with an empty org chart in two of three cities and is fully responsible for filling it, training it, and getting it productive
• Full program P&L: own revenue (partner payouts against activation milestones) and costs (team, training, licensing, materials, vehicle facilitation) as a single number you're accountable for monthly — not just budget tracking, but margin decisions: where to spend more to protect conversion, where to cut
• The partner relationship: target tracking against agreed milestones, regular reporting, and being the primary point of contact for partner-side escalations
• The full delivery funnel across operating cities: end-to-end visibility from lead intake through enrollment, training, licensing, vehicle activation, and sustained order completion — owning the handoffs between Onboarding Associate → City Ops Coordinator → Fleet Manager and catching drop-off at each stage
• People management: direct management of City Operations Coordinators and Fleet Managers — setting targets, reviewing performance, resolving cross-functional friction (e.g., a candidate stuck between licensing and vehicle stages), and making hiring/firing calls as the team scales
• Payout reconciliation oversight: ensuring partner-side completion data is matched against candidate records and invoiced accurately and on time, working with the centralized Payout Reconciliation function
• Funnel and conversion tracking: knowing your numbers at each stage, by city, by week, and flagging where conversion is falling short of target before it becomes a revenue problem

What you'll need

• 4-7 years in operations roles at a gig/last-mile delivery or hyperlocal platform — ideally with direct exposure to partner/vendor management, city operations, or supply-side growth
• Experience hiring and building out a multi-city field/operations team from scratch, not just managing an existing one
• Direct P&L ownership experience — not just budget adherence, but having made the call on where to spend and where to hold back based on a revenue number you were accountable for
• Comfort with funnel metrics and conversion math — this role lives in spreadsheets and weekly numbers, not just relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to manage a B2B partner relationship with commercial accountability (targets, payouts, reporting)
• Willingness to travel regularly across operating cities
