Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Pune City. The Professional Intern will support senior team members in accounting, auditing, taxation, and advisory assignments, including preparing working papers, assisting with client documentation, and helping analyze financial data. Responsibilities may include researching regulatory and tax issues, organizing and reviewing supporting documents, contributing to reports and presentations, and maintaining accurate records. The intern will collaborate with colleagues, interact with clients under supervision, and follow established processes and professional standards to deliver quality work within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles, auditing concepts, and taxation basics, with the ability to apply them in practical assignments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret financial data and identify key findings.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune City, collaborate in a team environment, and manage time and tasks responsibly.
• Enrollment in or completion of a commerce, finance, accounting, or related degree program (e.g., B.Com, CA/CPA track) is preferred.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment.
