Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures /(SOPs/), Work Instructions /(WI/), Process Flow Diagrams /(PFD/), and Control Plans.

Implement Lean

Manufacturing methodologies /(5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Poka/-Yoke, Single/-Minute Exchange of Die /- SMED/) and line balancing techniques. Lead root/-cause analysis /(8D, 5/-Why, Fishbone Diagram/) for line stoppages, quality rejections, process variations, and equipment downtime. Collaborate with maintenance and tooling teams to conduct Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis /(PFMEA/) and plan Preventive/Autonomous Maintenance routines.

Monitor key manufacturing metrics, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness /(OEE/), scrap percentage, first/-pass yield, and labor productivity. Assist in new product introduction /(NPI/), process validation, pilot runs, and shop/-floor tooling/jig design verification Required Skills/: Strong technical background in core manufacturing operations /(machining, sheet metal, stamping, welding, casting, or assembly automation/). Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma tools, line balancing, cycle time analysis, and industrial safety compliance /(EHS/OSHA/).

Proficiency in reading engineering blueprints, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing /(GD&T/), and utilizing 2D/3D CAD software /(AutoCAD / SolidWorks/). Hands/-on experience with quality tools /(APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC/) and root/-cause analytical methods.
