Product Specialist Intern - BBA/BCA/BCOM Fresher Hiring - Onsite Bangalore

Type: Internship for 6 months, then full-time role based on performance.

Stipend: Rs. 12,000/- per month

Location: Full-time at our office in HSR Layout, Bangalore.

Work hours: Mon - Sat. (Saturday is half day, work from home).

About the role

As a Product Specialist, you'll become an expert in the Labsmart platform and work directly with pathology laboratories across India. This role combines product demonstrations, onboarding, customer support, relationship management, and revenue generation. You'll understand customer problems, recommend the right solution, and ensure successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct online product demos for prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Explain product features in a simple, value-driven manner.
• Guide customers through implementation and initial setup & ensure customers understand key workflows and best practices.
• Collect customer feedback, share feature requests with the Product Team & help improve the overall customer experience.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and remote sessions.
• Build strong relationships with customers & increase product adoption by educating users about available features.

What we’re looking for

• Excellent communication skills in spoken Hindi (MANDATORY), and any other native Indian language is a big plus.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable in speaking with customers over calls and video meetings.
• Keen in learning software products.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and manage customer conversations.
