Product Marketing Manager(4 to 6 years)

We're looking for an Associate Manager – Product Marketing to help shape product narratives, drive GTM execution, and improve product adoption through compelling storytelling and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

• Own product positioning and messaging across launches, feature releases, and GTM initiatives.
• Build a strong understanding of buyer personas and user personas, and craft differentiated messaging for each.
• Use customer conversations, win/loss feedback, product usage data, and market insights to continuously refine product narratives.
• Create high-quality content including product pages, sales collateral, playbooks, launch assets, and campaigns.
• Partner with Growth, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption and enablement.
• Measure the impact of messaging through demand quality, performance marketing outcomes, and product adoption metrics, and iterate accordingly.
• Support webinars, certifications, and other user engagement initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 4–6 years of Product Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong storytelling, writing, and content creation skills.
• Ability to translate customer insights and product data into compelling positioning.
• Comfortable working with analytics to optimize messaging and GTM performance.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
• AI-first mindset with a curiosity to experiment and improve workflows.

Preferred (not mandatory)

• Experience marketing B2B SaaS products with considered, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
• Experience marketing to non-tech-native users such as administrators, operators, or frontline teams.
