Product Manager- Workflow Automations

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead our workflow automations portfolio. The ideal candidate will be passionate about streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, and delivering innovative solutions that empower users to achieve more with less effort. You will be responsible for defining the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our automation features, working closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to bring compelling products to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for workflow automation features, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify pain points, unmet needs, and emerging trends in workflow automation.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic importance, customer impact, and technical feasibility, managing the product backlog effectively.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly automation experiences.
• Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success teams, ensuring successful product launches and adoption.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and gather user feedback to iterate on existing features and identify new opportunities for improvement.
• Act as a subject matter expert on workflow automation, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Communicate product updates, roadmap progress, and strategic decisions to all relevant stakeholders, including executive leadership.
