About the Job

Job Function & Skills

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing IT Systems Management learning products and curriculum, with a strong focus on creating practical, industry-relevant learning experiences for clients and learners.

The role involves managing both internal and external stakeholders, understanding client requirements, and working closely with them to develop and customise training programmes, learning content, projects, and assessments. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and internal teams to ensure that learning solutions are aligned with industry needs and client expectations.

You should have a strong understanding of IT Systems Management and related technologies, including on-premises server infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and IT service management practices. You should also be able to translate technical knowledge into practical and engaging learning content.

Job Mission

You will develop and manage future-ready IT Systems Management learning products that equip learners with practical skills in areas such as cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT service management.

The role is focused on translating client and industry requirements into practical training content, projects, assessments, and learning pathways, while ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and high-quality delivery.

You will serve as a key bridge between clients, internal teams, trainers, and technical subject matter experts, ensuring that curriculum and learning solutions remain relevant, practical, and aligned with current industry practices and technology developments.

Job Prerequisite

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Systems Management, including areas such as on-premises servers, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering or training Microsoft courses, Project Management, ITIL, or related technical programmes.
• Microsoft Azure certification is required.
• AWS certification is preferred.
• Experience in curriculum development, content development, or learning design is preferred.
• Familiarity with university education frameworks and academic requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable delivering training and supporting learners across different geographies through online learning platforms.
