Job Description & Responsibilities

We're looking for a student Product Manager who wants to build real products - not just classroom projects.

You'll work directly with the founders to shape products from idea to launch, collaborate with developers and designers, speak with users, prioritize features, and help drive the overall product vision.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on startup experience and build products that will be deployed to real users.

Please note: This is currently an unpaid internship/volunteer position. We're an early-stage startup, and everyone on the core team is building together. As we grow, high-performing team members will be considered for future paid opportunities and leadership roles.

Define product requirements and user stories

Work with engineering and design teams throughout development

Prioritize product backlogs and sprint goals

Conduct user and market research

Help shape product strategy and roadmap

Test features before release and provide feedback

Coordinate with founders on product decisions

Who We're Looking For

Passionate about startups, technology, and building products

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Organized and able to manage multiple tasks

Familiarity with Agile, Notion, Jira, Trello, or similar tools is a plus

No prior Product Management experience required—we value potential over experience.

What You'll Gain

Build products used by real customers

Work directly with startup founders

Learn product management from the ground up

Develop leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

Strengthen your portfolio with real-world product experience

Receive mentorship from experienced developers and founders

Ideal Candidate

Student in Computer Science, IT, Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field

Interested in Product Management, Entrepreneurship, or Startup Operations

Can dedicate 10–15 hours per week (flexible around academics)

If you're excited about startups, love solving problems, and want to learn how products are built from scratch, we'd love to hear from you.
