Are you passionate about building world-class merchant experiences in the digital payments ecosystem?

We're looking for a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to lead the optimization of a leading Payments Bank's Merchant Platform and drive feature enhancements, seamless user journeys, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Benchmark merchant platform features against industry competitors

🔹 Design intuitive merchant journeys to improve onboarding and product adoption

🔹 Coordinate with Zonal SPOCs to identify, track, and resolve platform issues

🔹 Drive fortnightly governance calls and maintain issue-resolution trackers

🔹 Lead UATs for new product launches and platform enhancements

🔹 Monitor platform performance and existing functionalities

🔹 Collaborate with Business, Technology, Operations, L1/L2 Support, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams

🔹 Ensure timely closure of merchant platform-related issues and stakeholder queries

We're looking for candidates with

✔️ Product Management experience in Payments, FinTech, Banking, Merchant Acquiring, UPI, QR, POS, or Merchant Solutions

✔️ Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills

✔️ Hands-on experience in UAT, product enhancement, issue tracking, and merchant platform optimization

✔️ Passion for delivering exceptional digital merchant experiences
