Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in B2B SaaS platforms across Retail Technology, POS, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or Omnichannel domains. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end product ownership experience and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through customer-centric product development.

Key Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.

Own the complete product lifecycle from discovery and requirement gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.

Conduct customer research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify product opportunities.

Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, process flows, and feature specifications.

Collaborate with engineering, design, business, operations, and customer success teams to deliver scalable products.

Monitor and improve key metrics such as product adoption, activation, retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Analyze product and customer data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business impact.

Drive successful product launches and ensure effective stakeholder communication and adoption.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in B2B SaaS platforms within RetailTech, POS, Supply Chain, Logistics-Tech, Commerce, or Omnichannel industries.

Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes, including improvements in product adoption, revenue, retention, activation, or customer experience.

Demonstrated experience in product discovery, PRD creation, prioritization, product launches, and post-launch performance tracking.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in Ecommerce, Retail Technology, POS, ERP, or Commerce SaaS companies.

MBA from a reputed institute with relevant product company experience is preferred.

Experience working in Agile product development environments and using product analytics tools.
