Location: Remote (India) · Reporting to: Founders About Swades AISwades AI is India's #1 Applied AI Research Lab, backed by Y Combinator and top Silicon Valley investors including Soma Capital and Slow Ventures. Our Heal OS product line — AI Scribe, AI Receptionist, Prior Authorization, Benefit Verification, and Fax & Referrals — serves US independent medical practices. The same team also runs two additional Saa S products, Power Dialer.ai and Open Mic.ai.

We're fully remote — our team works from different locations, and we hire people who've already done the exact job we're hiring for, not people who've managed someone else doing it.

About the Role We hire for what you've already done, not for a title. This posting maps to real work — searches like Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, Product Owner — and we're looking for someone who has done this exact job before. You've worked at a bootstrapped Indian Saa S company, 3–5 years, ideally somewhere you also touched GTM.

RCM or medical-billing domain knowledge is worth paying up for in this role.
