Were looking for a Product Manager within Employee Channels, Platforms & AI Utilities Crew (part of GHRCS Products and Innovation) to:

Managing HR Service, Workflow and Document Management Platforms

Own and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, roadmap, outcome-focused objectives and transparent backlog in line with crew priorities and stakeholder needs.

Lead the full product lifecycle: problem discovery, opportunity assessment, requirements, design, delivery, release, adoption, performance monitoring and ongoing enhancement.

Translate business and user needs into clear epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements; make informed trade-offs across value, feasibility, risk, cost and time.

Partner with engineering, architecture, design, service management, operations, risk and control teams; drive agile planning and refinement, remove ambiguity and support sustainable delivery flow.

Use user feedback, operational insights, product metrics and data to validate problems, test solutions, measure outcomes and prioritize investment.

Own release readiness, including testing, user acceptance, communications, training, adoption and post-release learning; ensure stability, performance, security, maintainability, lifecycle currency, technical debt and controls.

Identify opportunities to add valuable capabilities, simplify processes, automate manual work, modernize platforms and improve user experience.

Manage technology vendors and third parties through service and roadmap reviews, commitments, risks, dependencies, commercial or contract inputs, escalations and performance follow-up.

Communicate direction, priorities, decisions, dependencies, risks and progress clearly; build alignment, challenge constructively, make timely decisions and follow through on outcomes.

The team

You will join the GHRCS Product & Innovation Organisation, a global team focused on creating simple, scalable, and human-centred employee experiences. Within the Channels & Platforms team, the focus is on delivering simple, consistent, and user-centred digital solutions that help employees find HR information and support quickly and easily.

Your skills and experience

Demonstrable experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or comparable technology product leader, with ownership across the complete product lifecycle.

Proven ability to set product direction, shape roadmaps, prioritize competing demands and connect delivery to measurable business, user or operational outcomes.

Strong experience with cross-functional agile teams and practical knowledge of discovery, backlog management, story refinement, testing, release management and continuous improvement.

Good technical acumen across systems, integrations, APIs, data flows, cloud or enterprise platforms, architecture trade-offs and non-functional requirements. Coding is not required, but credible engagement with engineers is essential.

Experience managing technology vendors or strategic suppliers, including governance, roadmap discussions, delivery commitments, risks, escalations and service performance.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, analytical thinking and decision-making; able to simplify complex topics and influence without authority.

Experience in a regulated, controlled or financial-services environment is beneficial; enterprise HR or employee platform experience is an advantage.

Operate with autonomy and end-to-end accountability, escalating material risks or decisions appropriately.

Move beyond backlog administration to shape strategy, challenge priorities and steer investment toward outcomes.

Balance feature delivery with resilience, controls, platform lifecycle, cost, technical debt and long-term maintainability.

This role supports global teams and vendors. Occasional flexibility in working hours is expected for cross-time-zone collaboration, key releases, priority incidents or critical governance, planned reasonably and in line with local policies and wellbeing expectations.

We value passion for products and technology, continuous learning, curiosity, user and outcome focus, disciplined execution, inclusive collaboration, integrity .
