Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and delivery of product features aligned with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, writing clear product requirements and user stories, and managing backlogs and release plans. The role involves analyzing customer feedback, market trends, and product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future iterations. The Product Manager will also facilitate cross-functional communication, support go-to-market activities, and ensure products meet quality, usability, and compliance expectations.

Qualifications

• Ability to define product vision and strategy, create clear roadmaps, and align product goals with business objectives.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, user story writing, and prioritization using structured frameworks (e.g., MoSCoW, RICE).
• Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams, understanding technical constraints, and translating business needs into actionable tasks.
• Proficiency in using data and analytics to evaluate product performance, drive decision-making, and validate hypotheses.
• Comfort with conducting user research, collecting customer feedback, and applying insights to improve product usability and value.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; prior experience in product management or business analysis is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies, product management tools (such as JIRA, Trello, or similar), and basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
