Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for enterprise agent software, balancing platform reliability, business objectives, and customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional product and engineering teams to define requirements, drive execution, and deliver business outcomes.
• Ensure seamless cross-platform functionality and user experience across Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android ecosystems.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Support, and Operations teams in India and the U.S.
• Standardize telemetry collection frameworks to improve data quality, scalability, product insights, and operational efficiency.
• Drive Agile product development processes, software rollouts, and customer-focused enhancements.
• Analyze customer pain points and market trends to shape product improvements and innovation initiatives.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams around common product goals and priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with enterprise software, SaaS, platform products, or endpoint/device management solutions.
• Proven success in defining and executing product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, Linux, and/or Android ecosystems with a focus on cross-platform product delivery.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver complex software products.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical and business teams.
• Strong Agile/Scrum expertise with experience leading software releases and deployments.
• Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging telemetry and analytics for product decision-making.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
