At YesMadam, we're looking for a Product Manager – Growth who will own our growth engine end-to-end. This isn't a coordination role—it's an opportunity to take full accountability for key business metrics including conversion, acquisition, revenue, and average ticket size while working directly with founders and senior leadership.

What You'll Own

✅ Growth strategy and revenue charter

✅ App funnel optimization and conversion improvement

✅ A/B testing and rapid experimentation

✅ New product initiatives and vertical expansion

✅ Cross-functional execution with Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Ops & CX

✅ Leading and mentoring a high-performing analytics team

We're Looking For

4+ years of Product Management/Growth experience in D2C, marketplace, e-commerce, or consumer internet

Proven track record of driving business metrics like conversion, acquisition, revenue, and AOV

Strong analytical mindset with SQL, funnel analysis, dashboards, and experimentation

High ownership, startup mindset, and ability to execute at speed

Experience leading teams and collaborating across functions
