Product Designer

Shape interfaces parents, teachers, and administrators actually use — from research and wireframes to polished, accessible UI.

Responsibilities

• Own UX flows from research and wireframes through polished UI in Figma
• Design for real users — parents, teachers, admins — with clarity over novelty
• Partner with engineers on feasibility, states, and design-system consistency
• Raise accessibility and usability standards across products
• Present options with rationale and iterate quickly from feedback

Who can apply

• Portfolio showing shipped product UI (not only marketing visuals)
• Proficiency in Figma and comfort with design systems
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive layouts
• Remote or Bardhaman hybrid; India-based preferred

Salary package

₹2.4–4.5 LPA. Final offer depends on experience and impact. Benefits and tooling details are shared at offer stage.
