Product Delivery Manager - Disruption Management Solution

• Overall, 5-7 years of experience in Project Management Practices.
• 2-4 years of experience in managing the delivery roadmap and implementation lifecycle of the Disruption Management platform from discovery through deployment and hyper care.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between Business, Product, Architecture, Operations, Contact Center, Airports, Digital Channels, Loyalty, and external vendors.
• Monitor implementation risks, vendor deliverables, milestones, SLAs, and budget adherence.
• Establish governance forums and provide executive-level reporting on delivery progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Lead PI Planning, sprint execution, dependency management, RAID tracking, and release planning activities.
• Ensure solution readiness through SIT, UAT, operational readiness reviews, go-live planning, and post-launch support.
• Coordinate disruption workflows including schedule changes, passenger re-accommodation, compensation, refund processing, customer communications, and service recovery.
• PMP/Price 2/Any other PM certified professional
