Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to manage procurement, logistics, imports, inventory control, and outsourced production. The role focuses on cost reduction, vendor negotiations, operational efficiency, and strong inventory controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly procurement planning, vendor allocation, negotiations, and purchase orders.
• Drive cost savings through competitive bidding and reverse auctions.
• Manage import purchases, landed cost analysis, and international sourcing.
• Optimise domestic and international logistics costs and dispatch timelines.
• Monitor inventory, stock variances, consumption, and weekly stock audits.
• Ensure proper matching of purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRNs), and invoices.
• Track outsourced production, material movement, and vendor reconciliation.
• Coordinate with plant and operations teams to ensure uninterrupted production.

Requirements

• Prior procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost-analysis skills.
• Knowledge of bills of materials (BOM), purchase orders, GRNs, and invoices.
• Understanding of inventory management, logistics, and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with import documentation and customs duties is an advantage.
• Data-driven approach, attention to detail, and strong ownership.
• Willingness to work closely with plant, stores, and operations teams.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
