Role Description The Procurement Manager for Canada Opportunities will oversee end-to-end procurement activities related to services, tools, and resources supporting Canada-focused immigration operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada, where the manager will identify and evaluate suppliers, manage contracts, and negotiate terms to ensure cost-effective and compliant sourcing. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing procurement needs, developing sourcing strategies, monitoring supplier performance, and maintaining accurate purchase and contract records. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand service requirements, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services that support client-facing operations.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement expertise, including experience in Procurement and Supplier Evaluation.
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to secure favorable terms and manage ongoing agreements.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to assess supplier performance, costs, risks, and process efficiencies.
• Knowledge of immigration or professional services environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, finance, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
