Print & Graphics Designer

Idea Showcase is looking for a Print & Graphic Designer who understands that good design doesn’t stop at the screen.

We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for typography, layout, composition and detail - someone who can take a brand identity and translate it beautifully across physical touchpoints.

What you’ll do

• Design brochures, company profiles, catalogues, presentations and marketing collateral
• Create packaging, labels, stationery, menus and print assets
• Design brand collaterals across hospitality, retail, corporate, lifestyle and other industries
• Adapt and extend existing brand identities across multiple applications
• Develop layouts, grids, typography and visual compositions
• Prepare artwork for print with correct dimensions, bleeds, colour profiles and specifications
• Work on outdoor advertising, signage and environmental graphics
• Create print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors when required
• Collaborate with brand strategists, designers and creative teams
• Ensure consistency and quality across every brand touchpoint

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic/brand/print design
• Strong understanding of typography, grids, layout and visual hierarchy
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Strong understanding of print production and pre-press
• Good sense of paper, finishes, materials and production possibilities
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while still bringing creative thinking
• Strong attention to detail
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong branding and print work

Good to have: Packaging design, publication design, environmental graphics, basic motion or digital design knowledge.
