Principal Software Engineer_Mulesoft Developer

Job Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Mule 4, DataWeave 2.x, Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Exchange, and CloudHub/Runtime Fabric.
• Experience designing API-led connectivity architectures.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, RAML/OpenAPI, API governance, and versioning.
• Good programming skills in Java or another JVM-based language.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns, including synchronous/asynchronous messaging, event-driven architecture, batch processing, publish-subscribe, and file-based integrations.
• Experience building fault-tolerant integrations with robust error handling and recovery mechanisms.
• Strong production support and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Responsibilities

• MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect certification.
• Experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Life Sciences, or Laboratory domains.
• Hands-on experience with HL7 v2, FHIR, EMR/EHR, LIMS, and healthcare APIs.
• Experience with Epic or other EMR platforms.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI compliance.
• Experience with AWS SQS, SNS, EventBridge, or similar messaging services.
• Familiarity with Splunk, CloudWatch, Datadog, or similar monitoring tools.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and Runtime Fabric
