Come help us make every talent moment Phenomenal Job Summary As a Principal Product Manager on Phenom's platform team, you will drive the strategy and development of reusable platform capabilities that power multiple products across the talent lifecycle. This is an integrator role: you'll identify where customer and product needs converge, and turn that convergence into shared, well-governed components — rather than one-off features — that other product teams build on. Phenom's platform spans several rapid-evolving areas, including intelligence and orchestration capabilities that are increasingly agentic. We're looking for someone with the judgment to know what should become a reusable platform primitive versus what shouldn't, and the technical depth to partner closely with engineering on how that gets built. Experience with intelligence layers, workflow automation, or AI agents is a solid plus, but what matters most is a proven track record of building platform components that other teams successfully build on top of. We're also looking for a hands-on AI product leader — someone who has prototyped and shipped AI-powered solutions, and who actively uses AI to accelerate their own product craft.
