Presales Architect

Role : Multi-Solution Pre-Sales Architect DXP - Bangalore - 12+ Years

We are looking for a seasoned Multi-Solution Pre-Sales Architect with 12+ years of IT experience to join the DXP Practice. The ideal candidate brings strong experience across WCM/CMS, AEM and enterprise MarTech ecosystems, with proven expertise in pre-sales, solution architecture and client-facing engagements. You will play a key role in shaping scalable DXP solutions, leading discovery workshops and supporting GTM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with practice leaders and clients to translate complex business needs into innovative and scalable DXP architectures.
• Leading technical pre-sales activities, client discovery workshops and RFP/RFI responses.
• Contributing to Go-To-Market offerings, POVs and identifying opportunities for accelerators and automation.
• Designing integrated multi-product MarTech ecosystems covering CMS, Analytics, Personalization and Commerce.
• Presenting and articulating technical solutions to both technical and business stakeholders, including CMOs and CTOs.

Requirements

• Holding 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in WCM/CMS development.
• Bringing 3+ years of hands-on experience with AEM or leading enterprise CMS platforms.
• Having 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Solution or Delivery Architect.
• Demonstrating multi-domain expertise across CMS, Analytics, Personalization and Commerce platforms.
• Possessing strong executive presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Having experience with platforms such as AEM, Sitecore, Contentful, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Target, Optimizely, Adobe Commerce, Commercetools or Shopify.
• Holding relevant professional qualifications in Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Bringing experience in discovery workshops, AEM + Commerce integrated solutions and Agile development methodologies.
