Yugen Infra is looking for a strong, process-driven professional to lead CRM operations, pre-sales coordination, lead management, and sales reporting.This is not a direct sales role.

We are looking for someone who can drive CRM discipline, ensure lead accountability, monitor sales team performance, and provide accurate, data-driven insights to senior management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

-Manage the complete CRM system and lead lifecycle.

-Ensure 100% lead tracking, timely follow-ups, and zero lead leakage.

-Monitor lead allocation, sales activities, site visits, and closures.

-Prepare daily MIS reports and performance dashboards for management.

-Implement SOPs and ensure CRM compliance across sales teams.

-Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

-5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate.

-Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce, or Sell.do.

-Strong expertise in MIS reporting, Excel, analytics, and dashboard management.

-Experience managing or monitoring large sales teams.

-A confident, assertive, and highly accountable professional with excellent execution skills.
