Job Overview

We are hiring a Pre-Sales with 0–5 years of experience to handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, and customer enquiries. The candidate should have good communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and qualify incoming leads for residential and commercial interior projects.
• Contact prospective clients to understand their project type, location, requirements, budget, and expected timeline.
• Explain the company’s interior design, renovation, furniture, and related services to potential clients.
• Identify genuine and qualified leads and forward them to the Sales Team.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Design Teams regarding customer requirements and lead status.
• Schedule client meetings, design consultations, and site visits.
• Prepare and share basic company profiles, service details, brochures, and project information with prospective clients.
• Assist the Sales Team in preparing customer information, proposals, quotations, BOQs, and presentations where required.
• Follow up with leads before and after meetings, site visits, and quotations.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer requirements, follow-ups, appointments, and lead status.
• Ensure timely communication between customers and the Sales/Design Teams.
• Support the Sales Team in moving qualified leads through the sales pipeline toward project confirmation.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities for additional or related interior services.
• Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with prospective clients.
• Achieve assigned targets for lead qualification, appointments, follow-ups, and sales support.

Eligibility

• 0–5 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
• Languages: Tamil & English.
• Any Graduate.

Salary & Benefits

• ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
• PF + ESI.
• Performance-based incentives.
• Salary negotiable for the right candidate.
