Job Description – PPC Expert

Position: PPC Expert / Performance Marketing Executive

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Experience: 1–3 years

About the Role

We are looking for a PPC Expert who can manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign setup, optimization, keyword research, performance analysis, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and remarketing.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Create and optimize ad copies and landing-page campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve leads, conversions, and campaign efficiency.
• Perform A/B testing of ads, keywords, and campaign strategies.
• Manage daily campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
• Stay updated with changes in Google Ads and digital advertising practices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on PPC/Google Ads experience.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, keyword research, bidding, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in lead-generation campaigns will be an advantage.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
