The candidate should have strong backend development knowledge, API development experience, and the ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities - Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Golang - Design and build REST APIs and microservices - Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL - Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams - Optimize application performance and improve system reliability - Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code - Participate in code reviews and technical discussions - Debug and resolve production issues Required Skills - 2–5 years of backend development experience - Strong knowledge of Golang - Experience with REST API development - Good understanding of microservices architecture - Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases - Knowledge of Git and version control - Understanding of Docker and cloud platforms is a plus - Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, or message queues is an advantage Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field - Good problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work independently and handle ownership of tasks
